This policy explains what personal information Online LUT Creator ("OLC", "we") collects at onlinelutcreator.com, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: onlinelutcreator@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address, name (if provided) and sign-in method. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we never see them.
  • Your content: LUTs you save to your account, with their names, descriptions and images.
  • Images you convert: processed only to generate your LUT. They are not kept unless you save the LUT to your account.
  • Photos in the editor: processed entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to us.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe or create an account.
  • Usage and device data: collected through cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising (see below), and basic server logs for security.

How we use it

  • To provide the service and your account (contract).
  • To send the newsletter, and for advertising cookies where consent is required (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and understand how it is used (legitimate interests).
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage, and Google AdSense to show ads. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Who we share it with

Service providers that run OLC for us, under their own data protection terms: Google (authentication, analytics, advertising) and Amazon Web Services and our hosting providers (hosting, storage and email). We may also disclose information when required by law. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

  • Account and saved LUTs: until you delete your account.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Logs: for a limited period, for security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account at any time from your account page, and unsubscribe using the link in any email. For anything else, contact onlinelutcreator@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

OLC is not intended for children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no service is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed; significant changes will be announced on the site.
