These terms govern your use of Online LUT Creator ("OLC", "we") at onlinelutcreator.com. By using OLC you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Accounts
You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA and UK) to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Your content and LUTs
You keep all rights to the images you upload and the LUTs you create, and may use your LUTs for personal and commercial work. You give us permission to store and process your content only as needed to provide the service. Only upload content you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse OLC: no illegal content, no attempts to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and no automated access beyond normal use. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
The service
OLC is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Keep your own copies of LUTs you care about.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of OLC. Our total liability is limited to CAD $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use OLC after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
